I know sometimes … More individuals knock on our doors and our initial thought process is "I don't want whatever you're selling"!!! However, Alex explained that I needed a new roof and at no time did I get the feeling that he was trying to tell me that I needed something that I did not need (like some other companies). He was nice, professional, courteous and "to the point". When I was still a little reluctant, he gave me some advice and told me what to be careful of with my roof. When the insurance company came out on April 9th and told me that I did need a new roof, I knew exactly who I was calling. Alex stayed in contact with me during the process and my roof was installed 11 days later with zero issues! He inspected and offered to come back out if I noticed any issues with my yard or around my house. The contractors did a great job!!! My roof is beautiful and they left my yard and around my house looking the same as when they started (maybe better because they blew away a ton of leaves from my backyard)!!
